For legal reasons, our instructor will be riding on the jetski with you, positioned at the back of the Jetski.
This is to ensure your safety and compliance with local regulations.
A licensed instructor will be present during all charters to ensure safety and provide guidance.
Adherence to Instructions: Clients must strictly follow instructions and safety rules provided by the skipper.
Charter Termination: The skipper reserves the right to terminate any charter without a refund if clients exhibit uncooperative or unsafe behaviour.
Wristband Keys/Kill Switches: All operators must wear wristband keys/kill switches at all times.
Life Vests: Approved life vests must be worn by all operators and passengers throughout the charter.
Operating a watercraft while intoxicated or impaired is strictly prohibited. No refund will be given if this is the case as we have zero tolerance and the charter will be immediately cancelled.
Security and Insurance: Clients are responsible for the security of the watercraft and must not engage in any behaviour that could jeopardize insurance claims.
Client Liability: Clients are solely responsible for any damage or accidents involving the watercraft.
Repair Costs: Clients must cover all repair costs associated with any damage caused by their actions.
Insurance Cooperation: Clients agree to complete all necessary insurance forms and cooperate fully with insurance procedures.
Damage Claims: Any damage caused by clients will be subject to appropriate charges.
By participating in a Cape Jetski Experience charter, clients agree to abide and accept these terms and conditions and assume full responsibility for their actions and the safety of themselves and others.
A minimum deposit of 50% is required to secure any charter booking.
Payment Methods: We accept payments via YOCO payment links. Bank transfers are also available upon request and must be paid in full and reflect in our account 24 hours in advance.
Advance Cancellation: For cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of your selected time slot, a full refund will be issued. Confirmation must be made via phone or WhatsApp with the Charter Manager.
Late Cancellation: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled charter.
No shows forfeit their time slot and no refunds will be available.
If more than 50% of your booking time has lapsed upon arrival your charter will automatically be cancelled without a refund.
Weather-Dependent: All charters are subject to weather conditions.
Advance Notification: Clients will be notified if weather conditions are unsuitable for the charter.
Rescheduling or Refund: In case of cancellation due to weather, clients have the option to reschedule the charter or receive a full refund.
By using Cape Jetski Experience, clients agree to the following:
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cape Jetski Experience, its owners and employees from any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including attorney’s fees, arising out of or in connection with their participation in any watercraft activities.
Clients acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with watercraft activities, including but not limited to the risk of injury, illness, or death.
Clients voluntarily assume all risks and waive any claims against Cape Jetski Experience for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur.
Clients are responsible for any damage or loss to the watercraft or equipment caused by their negligence or misconduct.
Clients agree to promptly settle any repair or replacement costs incurred after the activity.
Clients agree to pay any required deposits or fees before the start of the activity.
By booking with Cape Jetski Experiences, clients confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions.
